Description

Savory and tender air fryer garlic mushrooms tossed in olive oil, fresh garlic, and herbs, ready in minutes as a perfect side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) whole mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
  3. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and toss with fresh parsley and lemon juice if using.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
