Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) whole mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with fresh parsley and lemon juice if using.
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
Notes
- Use whole button or cremini mushrooms for best results.
- Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even roasting.
