Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Use a tablespoon or small scoop to form cookie dough balls. Roll them between your palms and flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or an air fryer liner. Place cookies in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
  5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden on top. They will firm up as they cool.
  6. Remove carefully and let cookies cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
