Description

Flaky, tender air fryer salmon topped with rich lemon garlic butter, ready in under 15 minutes for a quick and flavorful healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and spoon any remaining butter mixture over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • For extra crisp edges, cook an additional 1–2 minutes.
  • Pairs well with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
