Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and spoon any remaining butter mixture over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

- Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
