Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for finishing)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Optional: Toss the hot steak bites with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary depending on steak thickness and air fryer model.
- For medium-rare, aim for 8 minutes; for medium-well, cook closer to 10 minutes.
- Let steak bites rest for 3 minutes after air frying to lock in juices.
- Pairs perfectly with garlic butter or a dipping sauce of choice.
