Description

A classic bacon and tomato sandwich made with crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and toasted bread for a simple yet satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each toast slice.
  4. Layer the tomato slices over one slice of bread and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked bacon on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
