Description
Crispy baked chicken thighs coated in a creamy, sweet, spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and place them on the prepared sheet.
- Rub thighs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until skin is crisp and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- When chicken is done, brush generously with the Bang Bang sauce or drizzle on top.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- The sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Pair with rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
