Description

Crispy baked chicken thighs coated in a creamy, sweet, spicy Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and place them on the prepared sheet.
  3. Rub thighs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until skin is crisp and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. When chicken is done, brush generously with the Bang Bang sauce or drizzle on top.
  7. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
  • The sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
