A bold and zesty one-pan Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta skillet featuring tender chicken, creamy ranch-seasoned sauce, spicy buffalo heat, and perfectly cooked pasta for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups dry pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add dry pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy the bold buffalo ranch flavor.
