Description

A bold and zesty one-pan Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta skillet featuring tender chicken, creamy ranch-seasoned sauce, spicy buffalo heat, and perfectly cooked pasta for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups dry pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Add dry pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions if desired.
