A decadent dessert pizza made with a fudgy brownie base, creamy peanut butter topping, and drizzled chocolate — perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required on package)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Spread batter evenly into the pizza pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until edges are set. Do not overbake; center should be slightly fudgy. Cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread peanut butter mixture evenly over cooled brownie base.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, and mini peanut butter cups.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes to set before slicing into wedges.
Notes
- Use a springform pan for easier removal if you don’t have a pizza pan.
- For extra indulgence, add a swirl of caramel sauce on top.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
