Description

Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun, shareable party dish made by layering tortilla chips, seasoned meat, cheese, and toppings in a bundt pan, then baking and flipping for a dramatic presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 cups tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Guacamole for serving
  • Salsa for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until cooked through.
  4. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Layer tortilla chips in the bundt pan, followed by beef, beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Carefully invert onto a large serving plate.
  10. Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

Notes

  • Let resting time set the layers before flipping.
  • Use parchment strips inside the pan for easier release.
  • You can substitute ground chicken or beef alternatives.
