Description
Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun, shareable party dish made by layering tortilla chips, seasoned meat, cheese, and toppings in a bundt pan, then baking and flipping for a dramatic presentation.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 cups tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Sour cream for serving
- Guacamole for serving
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Generously spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until cooked through.
- Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Layer tortilla chips in the bundt pan, followed by beef, beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Carefully invert onto a large serving plate.
- Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
Notes
- Let resting time set the layers before flipping.
- Use parchment strips inside the pan for easier release.
- You can substitute ground chicken or beef alternatives.
