Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
