Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the cream cheese, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the drained whole kernel corn and the creamed corn.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
