Warm, melty, cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and a flavorful garlic sauce for a quick and comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a small pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the garlic sauce.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture among them.
- Top each wrap with shredded cheese and parsley if using.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for ultra-fast prep.
- Add spinach, tomatoes, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Swap mozzarella for pepper jack if you want a spicy kick.
