Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the cooked chicken.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
- In a bowl, gently mix diced avocado with ranch dressing.
- Warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Assemble each burrito by adding chicken, avocado ranch mixture, cheese, rice (if using), and cilantro onto the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Serve immediately or toast the burritos seam-side down in a skillet until lightly golden.
