Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the cooked chicken.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
  3. In a bowl, gently mix diced avocado with ranch dressing.
  4. Warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
  5. Assemble each burrito by adding chicken, avocado ranch mixture, cheese, rice (if using), and cilantro onto the tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
  7. Serve immediately or toast the burritos seam-side down in a skillet until lightly golden.
