Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Return chicken and bacon to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta.
- Toss until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for an even faster meal.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
- Add spinach or broccoli for extra veggies.
