Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Add ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Return chicken and bacon to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta.
  7. Toss until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
  8. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
