Description

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack — soft Hawaiian rolls layered with juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and creamy ranch dressing. Baked with a buttery garlic topping, they’re perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
  3. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan and spread half of the ranch dressing over it.
  4. Layer shredded chicken evenly over the rolls, followed by crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Drizzle the remaining ranch dressing on top, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use ranch seasoning mix instead of dressing for a stronger ranch flavor.
  • Try adding caramelized onions or jalapeño slices for a flavorful twist.
  • Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with extra ranch or BBQ sauce for dipping.
