Description
These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack — soft Hawaiian rolls layered with juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and creamy ranch dressing. Baked with a buttery garlic topping, they’re perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
- Place the bottom half in the prepared pan and spread half of the ranch dressing over it.
- Layer shredded chicken evenly over the rolls, followed by crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle the remaining ranch dressing on top, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ranch seasoning mix instead of dressing for a stronger ranch flavor.
- Try adding caramelized onions or jalapeño slices for a flavorful twist.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Serve with extra ranch or BBQ sauce for dipping.
