Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips to create edible cookie dough.
- Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- In a serving glass or bowl, add half of the vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Top with a few cookie dough bites, then layer with the remaining yogurt.
- Finish with extra cookie dough bites and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
