Description
A warm and comforting beef bowl made with tender sautéed beef, rich garlic butter, and simple seasonings, served over fluffy rice for an easy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 400 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the pan.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika, then toss to coat the beef evenly.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the beef is tender and glossy.
- Serve the garlic butter beef over warm cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ribeye or flank steak for extra tenderness.
- You can substitute white rice with brown rice or mashed potatoes.
- Add steamed vegetables like broccoli or green beans for balance.
