Description

A warm and comforting beef bowl made with tender sautéed beef, rich garlic butter, and simple seasonings, served over fluffy rice for an easy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 400 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the pan.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika, then toss to coat the beef evenly.
  6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the beef is tender and glossy.
  7. Serve the garlic butter beef over warm cooked rice.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
