Description

Golden garlic bread bombs stuffed with a rich, cheesy crab and shrimp filling, baked until crispy on the outside and irresistibly gooey inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat, picked over
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Spoon filling into the center of each dough round.
  6. Wrap dough around filling, pinching seams tightly to seal and form a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over each bomb.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure seafood is fully cooked before mixing.
  • Seal dough tightly to prevent leaks.
  • Serve with marinara, garlic butter, or lemon aioli for dipping.
