Description
Golden garlic bread bombs stuffed with a rich, cheesy crab and shrimp filling, baked until crispy on the outside and irresistibly gooey inside.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat, picked over
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon filling into the center of each dough round.
- Wrap dough around filling, pinching seams tightly to seal and form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over each bomb.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
