Description

Savory and festive stuffing balls made with ground turkey, cranberries, herbs, and classic stuffing flavors—perfect as a holiday appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (or 3 cups dry stuffing mix moistened per package)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions and celery in a little butter until softened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared stuffing, dried cranberries, sautéed vegetables, egg, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix gently until just combined.
  5. Form the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush lightly with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

  • Use leftover Thanksgiving stuffing for extra flavor.
  • Add chopped pecans for texture.
  • Make ahead and freeze—reheat in the oven before serving.
