Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender broccoli and juicy grilled chicken tossed in a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce for a satisfying and well-balanced meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet and grill chicken until fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and nutmeg until sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and grilled chicken to the sauce.
  8. Toss until evenly coated and heated through.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not boil the Alfredo sauce to avoid separating.
  • You can substitute grilled shrimp for chicken.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
