Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 250g rotini pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked rotini and toss until well combined.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
