Description

A luxurious creamy garlic butter seafood dish featuring tender lobster and juicy shrimp in a rich, velvety sauce—perfect for special occasions or indulgent dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails, shells removed and meat chopped
  • 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup seafood or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add lobster pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes until just opaque, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining butter and sauté onion until soft, about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  8. Return lobster and shrimp to the skillet and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until heated through and coated in sauce.
  9. Add lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.

Notes

  • Do not overcook lobster and shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Fresh seafood provides the best flavor, but frozen can be used if properly thawed.
  • Add a splash of white wine for extra richness.
  • Adjust seasoning and garlic to taste.
