- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature). Drain on paper towels.
- In a food processor, whip feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and milk until creamy.
- Spread whipped feta over crispy chicken cutlets.
- Drizzle generously with hot honey.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, bake breaded chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Make your own hot honey by simmering honey with red pepper flakes.
- Pairs well with roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.
