Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned or plain)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for pan-frying.
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Set up a dredging station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- For baking: Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- For pan-frying: Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges or marinara sauce if desired.

- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
