Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in milk, then coat with the cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot with vegetables, salad, or mashed potatoes.
