Description

Tender and flavorful Crockpot Steak Bites slow-cooked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce — a hearty, melt-in-your-mouth dish perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the steak bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  3. Transfer the browned steak bites to the crockpot.
  4. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  5. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until steak bites are tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  8. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or balsamic vinegar.
  • Use sirloin or chuck steak for the best texture and tenderness.
