Tender and flavorful Crockpot Steak Bites slow-cooked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce — a hearty, melt-in-your-mouth dish perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Transfer the browned steak bites to the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until steak bites are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
