  • 2 lbs turkey breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the turkey breast in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, orange juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the turkey breast.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until turkey is tender.
  5. Remove turkey and shred or slice as desired.
  6. Optional: Mix cornstarch with water, add to the crockpot juices, and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  7. Return turkey to the sauce or serve with sauce spooned on top.

Notes

  • Great served over rice, mashed potatoes, or stuffing.
  • Add a splash of apple cider for extra fall flavor.
