Description
A no-bake Disneyland-inspired treat featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a smooth chocolate topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate mixture evenly over peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a crunchier version, use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy.
- Store squares in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- These can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
