Description

Garlic Butter Beef & Rice Skillet is a rich and comforting one-pan meal featuring juicy ground beef, fluffy rice, and a buttery garlic flavor that makes it irresistibly delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess fat if needed.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add butter and let it melt, mixing well with the beef and aromatics.
  4. Stir in rice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper, coating the rice with the mixture.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover for a few minutes until melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
