Description
Juicy garlic butter steak bites served with rich and creamy Parmesan pasta shells, making a satisfying and indulgent main course perfect for dinner.
Ingredients
- 500 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 250 g pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley, and remove from heat.
- In a separate pan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until gently simmering.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Serve steak bites alongside creamy Parmesan shells.
Notes
- Use ribeye or tenderloin for extra tenderness.
- Do not overcook the steak bites to keep them juicy.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
