Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served with rich and creamy Parmesan pasta shells, making a satisfying and indulgent main course perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 250 g pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley, and remove from heat.
  6. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until gently simmering.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Add cooked pasta shells to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  9. Serve steak bites alongside creamy Parmesan shells.

Notes

  • Use ribeye or tenderloin for extra tenderness.
  • Do not overcook the steak bites to keep them juicy.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
