Description

A rich and indulgent meal featuring tender garlic butter steak bites served over spicy Cajun Alfredo twisted pasta. Creamy, flavorful, and packed with bold spices — perfect for steak and pasta lovers alike!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  6. In another pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and stir in Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
  8. Toss cooked pasta in the spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
  9. Serve the pasta topped with garlic butter steak bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of pasta water to the Alfredo sauce.
  • Use shrimp instead of steak for a Cajun surf-and-turf variation.
  • Best served immediately for maximum flavor and texture.
