Description
Juicy garlic butter steak bites served with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens, 2–3 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in remaining butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best sear, cook steak in batches without overcrowding the pan.
- You can substitute ribeye or New York strip for a richer flavor.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
