Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens, 2–3 minutes.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Stir in remaining butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For best sear, cook steak in batches without overcrowding the pan.
  • You can substitute ribeye or New York strip for a richer flavor.
  • Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
