Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, golden-baked biscuit balls stuffed with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and topped with a buttery garlic Parmesan glaze. These bite-sized delights are perfect as an appetizer, game-day snack, or fun dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a pinch of cheese in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use crescent roll dough instead of biscuit dough for a flakier texture.
  • Add bacon crumbles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 8 minutes.
