Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, golden-baked biscuit balls stuffed with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and topped with a buttery garlic Parmesan glaze. These bite-sized delights are perfect as an appetizer, game-day snack, or fun dinner idea.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a pinch of cheese in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can use crescent roll dough instead of biscuit dough for a flakier texture.
- Add bacon crumbles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 8 minutes.
