Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
