The Gingerbread Wonderland Latte Martini is a cozy-meets-festive holiday cocktail blending warm gingerbread spice, rich espresso, creamy liqueur, and vodka for a dessert-like winter sip.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 1 oz gingerbread syrup
- 1 oz espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 1 oz half-and-half or cream
- Ice
- Crushed gingerbread cookies (for rimming)
- Honey or simple syrup (for rimming)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Rim a martini glass with honey or simple syrup, then dip into crushed gingerbread cookies.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, cooled espresso, and cream.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
