The Gingerbread Wonderland Latte Martini is a cozy-meets-festive holiday cocktail blending warm gingerbread spice, rich espresso, creamy liqueur, and vodka for a dessert-like winter sip.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 oz espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 oz half-and-half or cream
  • Ice
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies (for rimming)
  • Honey or simple syrup (for rimming)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with honey or simple syrup, then dip into crushed gingerbread cookies.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, cooled espresso, and cream.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  5. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
