Description

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for best flavor).
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- For grilling: Grill chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- For baking: Arrange chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with tzatziki, pita bread, or salad.
