Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the marinade, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for best flavor).
  3. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. For grilling: Grill chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. For baking: Arrange chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with tzatziki, pita bread, or salad.
