Description

A simple yet elegant dessert featuring warm, caramelized grilled peaches served with vanilla ice cream, honey, and crunchy toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp honey or caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or granola
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Grill peaches cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized, then flip and grill another 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove peaches and drizzle lightly with vanilla extract.
  5. Place each peach half in a bowl and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  6. Drizzle with honey or caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans or granola.
  7. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use firm but ripe peaches for best grilling results.
  • Substitute nectarines if peaches aren’t available.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra warmth.
