Description
A simple yet elegant dessert featuring warm, caramelized grilled peaches served with vanilla ice cream, honey, and crunchy toppings.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp honey or caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or granola
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Grill peaches cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized, then flip and grill another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove peaches and drizzle lightly with vanilla extract.
- Place each peach half in a bowl and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle with honey or caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans or granola.
- Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe peaches for best grilling results.
- Substitute nectarines if peaches aren’t available.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra warmth.
