Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Apple Topping:
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Caramel Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 minutes and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust. Bake 50–60 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven, crack door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- For apples: Melt butter in a skillet. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook 8–10 minutes until tender. Cool completely.
- Spoon cinnamon apples over chilled cheesecake.
- Drizzle generously with caramel before serving.
