Description
A festive and flavorful dip made with tart cranberries, spicy jalapeños, and cream cheese — perfect for holiday parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- Crackers or tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped (do not puree).
- Transfer cranberries to a bowl and stir in sugar, green onions, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly on a serving platter or dish.
- Spoon cranberry jalapeño mixture over cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
