Description

A festive and flavorful dip made with tart cranberries, spicy jalapeños, and cream cheese — perfect for holiday parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Crackers or tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped (do not puree).
  2. Transfer cranberries to a bowl and stir in sugar, green onions, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Spread softened cream cheese evenly on a serving platter or dish.
  5. Spoon cranberry jalapeño mixture over cream cheese.
  6. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeños based on your spice preference.
  • Best made ahead of time so flavors can develop.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt cream cheese for a lighter version.
