Description

Chewy, sweet, and salty no-bake cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and a rich salted caramel coating, perfect for an easy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and caramel sauce until smooth.
  4. Stir in oats until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while warm.
  7. Allow to cool and set for 30–45 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with melted chocolate once cookies are set.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Quick oats can be used for a softer texture.
