Description

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7–8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6–8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
