Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 7–8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6–8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
