Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to form a creamy topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of each piece.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F) and topping is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
