Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to form a creamy topping.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  7. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of each piece.
