Description

Marry Me Chicken Pasta is a rich and creamy pasta dish made with tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a luscious cream sauce. It’s comforting, elegant, and perfect for impressing guests or loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 450 g), sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250 g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.

Notes
