Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange them in the prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
