Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
