Description

A light and creamy no-bake orange creamsicle cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, tangy orange flavor, and whipped topping for a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Let cool to room temperature (do not let it set).
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and orange zest.
  5. Gently fold in cooled gelatin mixture, then fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour mixture over prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  8. Garnish with mandarin oranges or extra whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, add a few drops of orange extract.
