Description
A rich and savory one-skillet meal featuring tender steak bites, cheesy ravioli, and a luscious garlic butter sauce finished with parmesan and herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and red pepper flakes, stirring to deglaze the pan.
- Add cooked ravioli and toss in the garlic butter sauce.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

- Use mushroom or spinach ravioli for variation.
- For extra richness, add a splash of cream to the sauce.
