Description

A rich and savory one-skillet meal featuring tender steak bites, cheesy ravioli, and a luscious garlic butter sauce finished with parmesan and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and red pepper flakes, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  5. Add cooked ravioli and toss in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Return steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use mushroom or spinach ravioli for variation.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of cream to the sauce.
  • Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
