Description

Soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with a sweet peach cobbler mixture, baked until golden, and finished with a drizzle of glaze for a fruity twist on a classic breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (810 rolls)
  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers or vanilla wafers (optional)
  • Glaze from cinnamon roll package (or homemade glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter. Cook over medium heat until peaches are soft and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Unroll cinnamon roll dough and spread peach filling evenly over each roll. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using.
  4. Roll dough back up, slice into rolls, and arrange in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle with glaze while warm and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent dessert version.
  • Frozen peaches can be used—just thaw and drain before cooking.
  • Homemade cinnamon roll dough works well if you prefer from-scratch baking.
