Description
Soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with a sweet peach cobbler mixture, baked until golden, and finished with a drizzle of glaze for a fruity twist on a classic breakfast treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8–10 rolls)
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers or vanilla wafers (optional)
- Glaze from cinnamon roll package (or homemade glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter. Cook over medium heat until peaches are soft and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Unroll cinnamon roll dough and spread peach filling evenly over each roll. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using.
- Roll dough back up, slice into rolls, and arrange in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with glaze while warm and serve immediately.
Notes
- Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent dessert version.
- Frozen peaches can be used—just thaw and drain before cooking.
- Homemade cinnamon roll dough works well if you prefer from-scratch baking.
