Description

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with a peach cobbler-inspired filling, baked until golden, and topped with a sweet glaze for a fruity twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (810 rolls)
  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers or vanilla wafers (optional, for cobbler texture)
  • Glaze from cinnamon roll package (or homemade glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter. Cook over medium heat until peaches are softened and mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Unroll cinnamon rolls and spread peach filling evenly inside. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using.
  4. Roll back up and slice into rolls. Place in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle with glaze while warm and serve.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • You can use frozen peaches—just thaw and drain before cooking.
  • Homemade cinnamon roll dough can be used for a from-scratch version.
