Description
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with a peach cobbler-inspired filling, baked until golden, and topped with a sweet glaze for a fruity twist on a classic treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8–10 rolls)
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers or vanilla wafers (optional, for cobbler texture)
- Glaze from cinnamon roll package (or homemade glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter. Cook over medium heat until peaches are softened and mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Unroll cinnamon rolls and spread peach filling evenly inside. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using.
- Roll back up and slice into rolls. Place in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with glaze while warm and serve.
Notes
- For extra indulgence, top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
- You can use frozen peaches—just thaw and drain before cooking.
- Homemade cinnamon roll dough can be used for a from-scratch version.
