Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized, cheesy bread rolls stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce, baked until golden and perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a muffin tin.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
  3. Place 1 tsp pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit. Add 2–3 pepperoni slices and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
  4. Fold edges of dough over filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet or in muffin tin.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush mixture over the tops of each dough ball.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to pinch dough well to avoid cheese leaking during baking.
  • You can substitute biscuit dough with pizza dough if preferred.
  • Fillings can be customized with cooked sausage, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
